Wholesale Microgreens
We currently grow 9 different varieties, and offer 4 different mixes, with even more in the trial phase. We sell our microgreens by the ounce, packaged either in a produce bag or a clamshell. Bulk orders require a minimum of 8 ounces total (can be a mix of varieties). All varieties are available year round and have a shelf life of 10-14 days. We are always willing to create new mixes, as well as try new varieties, if there is a particular one of interest.

Wholesale orders are grown to order, we do not have bulk amounts of inventory on hand. Our microgreens take 10-31 days to grow, depending on variety. Orders must be placed far enough in advance so we can grow your microgreens! Grow time is listed per variety below, that is how far in advance you need to order for each variety. If you do need something ASAP still contact us. We keep small amount of inventory on hand, and will try to help!

Amaranth..................$6.00/oz
A small, brightly colored micro with an earthy flavor similar to swiss chard. The intense color is a beautiful garnish for any dish.

A sweet, mild flavored microgreen that also happens to be one of the healthiest varieties. A beautiful addition to any dish!

Cantaloupe..............$5.00/oz
One of our freshest tasting microgreens. These micros are on the larger side, similar to sunflower micros, and taste like refreshing cucumber water

Carrot...........................$6.00/oz
They may be small and delicate, but these micros are packed with flavor. Crisp and fresh, these greens taste just like a fresh carrot.

Pea Shoots.................$2.00/oz
Longer than other micros, pea shoots are delicately crisp and sweet. Very similar in taste to a fresh sugar snap pea.

Pink Swiss Chard...$6.00/oz
With a vibrant pink stem and bright green leaves, this is an eye catching micro with an earthy flavor that is both sweet and mild.

Colorful stems and large leaves with a lovely peppery bite, quite reminiscent of a full grown cherry radish.

In the same family as broccoli, red cabbage has a mild and sweet flavor with deep reddish purple colored stems and dark green leaves

Our most robust microgreen with a sweet and nutty flavor. Loved as an addition to many dishes, or even on its own as a snack.

A beautiful mix of pink and purple micros, this is our most colorful blend! It includes red cabbage, amaranth, and pink swiss chard.

Harvest Blend.........$3.00/oz
A blend of broccoli and sunflower microgreens. This mix is sweet and crunchy. Great as a salad topper or on top of sandwiches
